ESSENTIALS: CLARINS UV PLUS SPF50 SUNSCREEN.

I am blonde, my skin is light and sensitive, I have 3 dogs and I spend lot of time out and about with them. So, what’s my skincare essential?! Sunscreen! Why?! To protect my skin against photo-aging and the appearance of dark spots, of course!

In this period I’m using and really loving the Clarins Uv Plus Spf50 Sunscreen.

It comes dressed in a little white plastic bottle, inside 30 ml of fluid cream, the perfect size to throw in my bag and go!

The product itself is white colored, has a really light consistency, is oil-free and, unlike most face sunscreens, doesn’t leave that horrible white and greasy cast. Once applied it disappears in a translucent matte veil. Great alone or as a makeup base.

The formula is rich of botanical extracts such as Organic Alpine Sanicle and Cantaloupe Melon, to enchance the antioxidant power and as a plus also contains the Clarins Anti-Pollution Complex to shield skin against the effects of pollution (dehydrated and dull skin off!).

Easy and fast to use, just shake the bottle before and apply it liberally.

Protected and radiant the skin is ready to hit the sun with no fear!

Definitely my trusty companion for this spring/summer!

xoxo AgentChiara 😎

Sunscreen is definitely an important product to keep around, especially for those of us that are light-skinned! I’m prone to sunburn, so I have to be careful, too.

Oh nice, I should pick this up. I’m always in need of sunscreen since I’m in Texas. It’s blazing hot here.

I am Cuban and almost never burn. I love my skin because it tans so easily and beautifully! I have a lot of body image problems, but that is something I love. That being said, I may be psuedo-impervious to burning, but not to skin cancer…so this is good to know…I really should start wearing sunscreen…

I’ve always heard that the stronger the spf the better for sun screen. Recently I’ve heard that you only need to get spf 10 or something to be fully protected but I’m not sure if that is true. Have you heard that?

Really? No, I never heard about this before, I must read something more about!

If you spend such a great amount of time in the sun, sunscreen definitely becomes imperative. I could definitely use some good ones for my daughter who is so fair skinned.

This is awesome! I was on the hunt for a face primer and sunscreen that is matte and not heavy. This sounds like it fits the bill. It’s very hard to find sunscreen that doesn’t leave your face chalky and that doesn’t leave your face looking greasy. Thanks for sharing your review!

I am sometimes guilty of not using sunscreen when I go out on a hot summer’s. I can definitely use a good sunscreen nowadays. Will try to pick one up in a month or two.
