BEARD : HOW TO BEGIN.

I love my beard and let me say: “Bearded is better” and  you should try to let it grow.

Don’t believe me? Keep it reading and we’ll see!

When I chose to let my beard grow, my decision started from “mother nature”.

I thought: if “She” decided that it must grows, there will be a reason! As a man I’ve been planned to be bearded!

At the beginning I was so curious to see how the beard looked on me, how it could influence my style and if it suited me… Now I can only say that I was right.

Still not sure?

Beard will give you a more charming look and the “right wildness” that is appreciated in society and by many women.

I’ m sure that now you are thinking: why not?

Of course you have to find the beard that looks better with the shape of your face and your style.

Style? Yes, because “having a beard is a status”. Is something can radically change your look and the way people look and feel you.

Now that you’ ve decided  to let it grow, in my experience, you have to keep in mind two other main things:

  •  you have to be patient
  •  you have to take care of it

The Beard needs time to grow. It will take at least two months in order to have a starter beard to work on. At this point you can start to give it the shape you desire.

Remember you’ll have to wash it with a shampoo, and to use specific products such as oils, shaving brushes and waxes.

Now  you are thinking: oils, really? Yes, it needs oil. Oil makes softer also the crispest badass beard ever! Not only softens, but also perfumes. You can choose the fragrance that you like the most.

How to use it? 2 or 3  drops are enough. Put them in your hands and then massage it on your beard.

What I use? What’s the best for me?

Here is my favorite at the moment:

BARBERS grooming. It has a delicious argan scent!

It goes perfectly against my beard’s dryness = “Yeti” effect eliminated  😀

On the Web, naturally, you can find many other oils and you can choose among the many fragrances and brands available.
One last tip: do not buy too big bottles just to try them, it only takes a few drops and if you don’t like the product, it would last an eternity 😀
Coming soon: The beard wax. Stay tuned!

Nice tips! I never grow beard through. I have tried once but I always feel itchy the moment it started to grow. Maybe I will try again this summer :0

As a female I do like a trimmed beard on a guy. The really long unkept ones, not so much. Good tips for the guys to keep them nicely groomed!

Ahhh, beards. I can never really decide if I’m into them or not. Of course, groomed beards are the best beards. I know so many men who just grow one and don’t think they need to take care of it. I saw a study once on all the germs that can linger in beards and it was horrid! hahaha thanks for the informative post!

I think beards look great on some people but not others. My husband wears one and I like it. He surprised me once and shaved it off.

I like a nice well-kept beard on a gentleman as well. My husband has tried to grow one several times and just doesn’t have the even coverage that would be needed for a nice full non-patchy beard!

Really helpful tips. My beard is slowly coming out and I really want it to grow to its potential. I don’t want a beard which looks wierd and funny. I’d definitely be trying the argan scent plus it is good for the skin

I don’t know – I think there’s really a style for everyone, you just have to find the right person who is attracted to the style you want for your appearance. I personally don’t like beards at all. But I do like that on-purpose five o’clock shadow effect.

It looks like it takes so much effort to grow it and keep it nice and clean!

Great tips! My husband shaved his beard about a month ago, and it was so funny. Our 4 year old daughter told him to “put it back on” haha

My Dada shaves everyday and its his routine. He doesn’t like having beard (even I am tempted to ask him to let it grow). And he doesn’t want any obstacles when he visits his dove near the cave *wink

I really wish I could grow a beard. I can do a goatee that does require some upkeep but never the full on beard. I just have too many places I would have gaps in my beard for it to look good. And after a while the patchy hair starts to itch on my face and I can’t do it. I would if I could.

Beards aren’t bad at all and it’s really nice when a man learns to maintain it well. I think it looks manly and very nice.

When I was a barber back in the day, beards were my most hated customers. Most men don’t clean their beards and once you start combing and trimming… Yuck. Dander, stink, dirt, you name it. Cigarette smokers were the worst! So yes, shampoo it! Send this article to all bearded men everywhere.

I find this post interesting. I didn’t know that beard is linked with status or anything. I think it depends on what the men look or how they take care of their beards.

Beards are sexy as hell, especially combined with long hair that has just a touch of grease. Beards remind me of all things masculine and strong, even if the man wearing it is neither of those things.

  20. 21 March 2017 / 15:31

Those are great tips for guys who have beards! Bear looks good if men wash and shampoo and trim regularly.

  21. 21 March 2017 / 16:29

Hubby let his beard grow out one time and oh man was it all over the place lol. I don’t really miss it haha I think his hair is to thick for it

  22. 21 March 2017 / 19:11

A bearded look does lend a little sophistication and manliness as long as it is well kept. My husband doesn’t have a beard and I prefer the slight stubble he wears, but some men look great with beards.

  23. 25 March 2017 / 21:30

I think beards are not bad at all. I love my husband when my husband grows his beard just a little and keeps it well-groomed.

I grew up in the Philippines and beard is not a thing there because of the weather. Now I’m in the UK, and been seeing men with beard, I think it’s cool and sexy! I even ask my husband to grow his beard every now and then. I will definitely share this post to him.
